Agreement to terms
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Our services
MBI Enterprises provides web development, social media management, AI tools, digital marketing and SEO services. The scope of work for each project is defined in a separate proposal or statement of work agreed before commencement. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Payment terms
Payment terms are outlined in your project proposal. Typically, projects require a 50% deposit before work begins with the remaining balance due on completion. Monthly retainer services are billed at the start of each month. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may result in work being paused.
Intellectual property
Upon receipt of final payment, you own all deliverables created specifically for your project, including website code, designs and content we produce for you. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you specifically request otherwise in writing. Third-party assets such as stock images, fonts or plugins remain subject to their original licences.
Revisions and changes
Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as outlined in your proposal. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope will be quoted as additional work. We will always inform you before proceeding with out-of-scope work and will not charge for it without your approval.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, content and feedback in a timely manner. Delays caused by late client feedback may affect project timelines, and we cannot be held responsible for missed deadlines in such cases. You also warrant that any content you provide does not infringe third-party rights.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific project or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages, including loss of revenue or data.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project or retainer with 30 days written notice. On termination, you will be invoiced for all work completed to date. For retainer services, the final month's fee is due regardless of the termination date within that month.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
